The emergence of VoIP technology has changed the communication mode of traditional telephones and become the mainstream technology of future communication. This paper studies the application of H.323 protocol in VoIP private network. It discusses VoIP basic knowledge, H.323 protocol, VoIP private network design and implementation from four aspects, mainly including the concept, development status and basic knowledge of VoIP technology; the composition, core technology and implementation process of H.323 protocol; VoIP private network design and implementation, including network topology, regional division, QoS guarantee and other content.
