精品文档---下载后可任意编辑一株捕食桑白粉菌分生孢子的类酵母真菌的发现与讨论的开题报告【摘要】捕食桑白粉菌(Arthrobotrys oligospora)是一种具有天然杀菌功能的真菌,其可通过产生捕虫网捕捉并消化其他微生物。在本次讨论中,我们成功分离出一株分生孢子的类酵母真菌,并命名为 Y1 菌株。通过对其形态学、遗传学、生理学和生态学等方面的综合分析,我们发现Y1 菌株不仅具有表观发酵能力,还表现出明显的捕食活性。尤其是在与捕食桑白粉菌共同培育的条件下,Y1 菌株投射出的伸展菌丝能够直接侵入到捕食桑白粉菌体内,从而实现对其的杀死和分解。这些结果表明 Y1菌株可以作为重要的捕虫类酵母真菌,具有潜在的生物防治应用价值。【关键词】捕食桑白粉菌,分生孢子,类酵母真菌,发酵,生物防治【Abstract】Arthrobotrys oligospora is a natural antifungal fungus that can trap and digest other microorganisms by producing trapping webs. In this study, we successfully isolated a budding yeast strain named Y1, which can form budding spores. Through comprehensive analysis of morphology, genetics, physiology, and ecology, we found that Y1 strain not only had apparent fermentative ability but also showed obvious predatory activity. Especially when co-cultured with A. oligospora, the extending hyphae projected by Y1 strain could directly invade into the A. oligospora to achieve its killing and decomposition. These results indicate that Y1 strain could be an important predacious yeast with potential applications in biological control.【Keywords】Arthrobotrys oligospora, budding spores, predacious yeast, fermentation, biological control
