精品文档---下载后可任意编辑三株猪胸膜肺炎放线杆菌 apx 基因缺失株生物学特性和免疫原性讨论的开题报告【摘要】猪胸膜肺炎是猪场常见的呼吸道疾病,放线杆菌是主要的病原菌之一。本讨论选择了三株猪胸膜肺炎放线杆菌 apx 基因缺失株进行生物学特性和免疫原性讨论。讨论结果表明,apx 基因缺失株的细菌数量、菌落形态、生长周期等方面与野生型菌株无明显差异;同时,apx 基因缺失株能够诱导小鼠产生较强的免疫应答,且对野生型菌株的保护能力不逊于野生型菌株。本讨论结果对于放线杆菌疫苗设计具有一定的参考意义。需要进一步讨论 apx 基因在放线杆菌免疫原性中的作用及其机制,以完善疫苗的设计和开发。【关键词】猪胸膜肺炎;放线杆菌;apx 基因;生物学特性;免疫原性。【Abstract】Swine pleuropneumonia is a common respiratory disease in pig farms, and Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae is one of the main pathogenic bacteria. In this study, three strains of A. pleuropneumoniae with apx gene deletion were selected for studying their biological characteristics and immunogenicity. The results showed that there were no significant differences in bacterial quantity, colony morphology and growth cycle between the apx gene deletion strains and the wild-type strains. In addition, the apx gene deletion strains could induce strong immune responses in mice and their protective ability against wild-type strains was comparable to that of wild-type strains.The results of this study have certain reference significance for the design of A. pleuropneumoniae vaccine. Further studies are needed to explore the role and mechanism of apx gene in the immunogenicity of A. pleuropneumoniae, in order to improve the design and development of vaccines.【Keywords】swine pleuropneumonia; Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae; apx gene; biological characteristics; immunogenicity.
