The purpose of this study is to prepare three different nitrofuran metabolite antibodies and establish corresponding enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay methods to facilitate the detection and analysis of nitrofuran metabolites in the environment.Firstly, using 3-nitrofuran, 1-nitropyrene and 9-nitronaphthalene as raw materials, the corresponding coupling agents were synthesized by chemical methods, and the coupling agents were used to prepare antigens, and immunize BALB/c mice to prepare corresponding polyclonal antibodies. Secondly, the best working conditions were selected through ELISA experiments, and the content detection methods of three nitrofuran metabolites were established.The results showed that the three nitrofuran metabolite antibodies were prepared successfully, and the sensitivity of the detection method was below 0.1 ng/mL.
