精品文档---下载后可任意编辑浙江中医药大学【摘要】目的观察乙酰胆碱(Ach)、肾上腺素(E)、氢氧化钠溶液(NaOH)、盐酸溶液(HCl)、温度以及缺空气条件对家兔离体肠肌运动的因素。方法使用 RM6240 生物信号采集处理系统,通过不同因素(Ach、E、NaOH、HCl、温度(25℃)以及缺空气条件)对家兔离体肠肌进行作用,记录肠肌收缩幅度变化曲线及数据结果并分析机理。结果 Ach、NaOH 可使肠肌收缩明显,E、HCl、25℃条件、缺空气使肠肌收缩变弱。结论 Ach、NaOH 兴奋肠肌,促进肠肌收缩活动,E、HCl、25℃条件、缺空气抑制肠肌收缩活动。【关键词】离体肠肌;家兔;收缩运动【Abstract】ObjectiveObservation acetylcholine (Ach) and epinephrine (E), sodium hydroxide solution (NaOH), hydrochloric acid solution (HCl), temperature and lack of air condition of rabbit in vitro intestinal muscle movement factors.MethodsUse RM6240 biological signal collection and disposal system, through the different factors (Ach, E, NaOH, HCl, temperature (25℃) and lack of air condition) of rabbit in vitro intestinal muscle for effect, record intestinal muscle contraction amplitude variation curve and data results and analysis mechanism.ResultsAch, NaOH can make the intestinal muscle contraction obvious, E, HCl, 25℃ condition, lack of air make intestinal muscle contraction become weak.ConclusionsAch, NaOH excited intestinal muscle, promote intestinal muscle contraction activities, E, HCl, 25℃ condition, lack of air inhibit intestinal muscle contraction activities.【Key Words】In vitro intestinal muscle; Rabbit; Contraction movement1.材料与方法 1.1 实验对象:家兔 1 只,浙江中医药大学动物实验中心提供。1.2实验药品:台式液、乙酰胆碱、肾上腺素、氢氧化钠溶液、盐酸溶液。1.3 实验仪器:恒温浴槽、木槌、麦氏浴槽、棉线若干、手术剪、氧气泵、微机生物信号采集处理系统、张力传感器、缝针、培育皿。1.4 实验方法与步骤1.4.1 安装好实验装置,将恒温浴槽调至 38℃。1.4.2 用木棰猛击家兔后脑延髓部,致其昏迷后立即打开腹腔,找到胃...
