The research results show that the use of mushroom residue fertilizer and biological fermentation fertilizer has a significant promotion effect on grape growth and fruit quality. Among them, the effects of mushroom residue fertilizer and biological fermentation fertilizer on the soluble solids content, acidity, and sugar-acid ratio of grape fruit are the most significant, and the effects of compost are relatively small.
