By collecting samples from different environments, actinomycetes were isolated, and strains with high hydrolytic activity were screened by plate screening method, and finally 10 strains of high activity were obtained. The enzyme activity was measured by colorimetry, and it was found that these high-active strains all had a certain degree of hydrolytic enzyme activity, and the activity of glucosidase, cellulase, and protease was relatively high. In terms of population distribution, there were differences in the hydrolytic activity of four types of hydrolytic enzymes produced by actinomycetes from different environmental sources, and the number of high-activity strains in samples from different environmental sources was also different.
