Using RF magnetron sputtering technology to prepare anti-reflection coatings with different structures, and coating them on the surface of single-crystal silicon solar cells, the photovoltaic conversion efficiency of the cells was measured. The experimental results showed that when the structure of the anti-reflection coating was nanorod-shaped, the efficiency of the single-crystal silicon solar cell was highest, reaching xx%. This is because this structure can better absorb specific wavelengths in the solar energy spectrum and enhance the localization of light on the surface of the silicon wafer, thereby enhancing the efficiency of the solar cell in absorbing energy from solar radiation.Keywords: Solar cell, Single-crystal silicon, Anti-reflection coating, Nanorod
