Its accuracy and stability are very important for applications such as positioning, navigation, guidance and so on. However, due to the incomplete randomness and bias of the measurement, the accuracy and stability of the target coordinate measuring instrument are limited. Therefore, this paper studies the parameter design and estimation method of the target coordinate measuring instrument under incomplete random and biased measurement.Firstly, the concept and related theory of incomplete random and biased measurement are introduced, and the impact of this problem on the target coordinate measuring instrument is analyzed.
