As one of the largest developing countries and industrial countries in the world, China has taken an important step in responding to climate change. The Chinese government has been committed to promoting international low-carbon technology transfer and sharing, and improving the global capacity to cope with climate change. At the same time, South Africa is also an important developing country facing great challenges in coping with climate change and strengthening sustainable development.Therefore, this paper will focus on the research of China's low-carbon technology transfer mechanism to South Africa, and explore how to jointly cope with climate change and promote sustainable development through technology transfer.
