A semi-structured interview will be conducted with CSR managers of five leading Chinese and English banking institutions to gain insight into their CSR policies and practices. A survey will be distributed to a sample of employees and customers of five leading Chinese and English banking institutions to evaluate the awareness and perception of CSR practices. The data will be analyzed using a content analysis approach and descriptive statistics.Expected Outcomes:This study is expected to provide insights into the differences and similarities in CSR practices between China and England's banking institutions.
