First, liquid-liquid extraction was used to extract DHA from plasma. Then the sample was separated by reverse phase high performance liquid chromatography and detected by mass spectrometry. In the analysis of PCBs in water, solid phase extraction was used for sample enrichment and pretreatment, and then gas chromatography-mass spectrometry was used for detection. The results show that the method has the advantages of high sensitivity, accuracy, precision and reproducibility, and has broad application prospects in clinical and environmental monitoring.Keywords: tandem mass spectrometry, DHA, polychlorinated biphenyls, liquid-liquid extraction, reverse phase high performance liquid chromatography, solid phase extraction, gas chromatography-mass spectrometry, environmental monitoring.
