This paper aims to study the influence of alternate irrigation on the water use characteristics of intercropping communities and its mechanism. The research will be conducted in the field test area of Yiyang City, and a comparative analysis of alternate irrigation and conventional irrigation will be conducted on the intercropping community to explore the impact of alternate irrigation on crop growth and yield. Modern measurement techniques will be used to deepen its mechanism.
