The study aims to identify the patterns of errors and the factors that affect the acquisition of these phrasal verbs.Methodology:This study will employ a mixed-methods approach that combines qualitative and quantitative research methods. The study sample will consist of Chinese international students studying in English-speaking universities. The data will be collected through self-reported surveys, oral interviews, and written assignments.
