As the basic unit of China's economic and social development, township plays an important role in low-carbon development. The township government plays an important governance role in promoting low-carbon development. This study aims to explore the problems and countermeasures of township government governance in the low-carbon perspective, in order to provide reference and reference for township government low-carbon governance. This study will adopt literature review and case study method, combined with the analysis of relevant policies and theories, to explore the role and function of township government in promoting low-carbon development, analyze the existing problems and challenges, and put forward corresponding solutions.
