Due to their small sizes, low-dimensional magnetic materials exhibit highly shape- and size-dependent behaviors to some extent. These effects can influence the micromagnetic behavior in low-dimensional magnetic materials, so it is necessary to understand these effects and their mechanisms in depth to better explain experimental phenomena.In this study, we will analyze the crystal structure of low-dimensional magnetic materials and simulate them using the Monte Carlo method. At the same time, we will also explore the magnetization dynamics inside the materials, including magnetization precession, domain wall motion, and magnetization reconstruction.The purpose of this study is to explore the mechanisms of micromagnetic behavior in low-dimensional magnetic materials and provide some guidance or reference for future experimental studies.Keywords: Low-dimensional magnetic materials, micromagnetics, shape effect, size effect, Monte Carlo method
