The treatment of ALL mainly involves chemotherapy and stem cell transplantation, among others. However, due to the heterogeneity and diversity of ALL cells, the effectiveness of chemotherapy is often limited. Therefore, conducting in vitro drug sensitivity experiments targeting ALL cells can optimize ALL treatment plans. This study aims to explore the role of in vitro drug sensitivity experiments in optimizing the treatment of acute lymphoblastic leukemia.In this study, we compared the in vitro drug sensitivity experiments of ALL patients with their treatment results. We used the luciferase assay or cell growth inhibition assay to evaluate the sensitivity of ALL cells to different chemotherapeutic drugs.
