As a new type of sensing technology, photoelectrochemical biosensors have the advantages of rapid response, high sensitivity, and high selectivity, and have received widespread attention in recent years. This paper will conduct research on the preparation and application of photoelectrochemical biosensors, aiming to explore an efficient, sensitive, selective, and reliable biosensing technology. In the preparation aspect, we will use nanomaterials to prepare photosensitive materials, and use electrochemical methods to construct surface-modified electrodes and fix enzymes on the electrodes. In the application aspect, we will evaluate the sensitivity and selectivity of the photoelectrochemical biosensor by detecting different substances.
