精品文档---下载后可任意编辑摘要:本文对我国城市大小排水系统的构成与规划进行了讨论,根据分析结果,提出我国城市内涝综合防治的设计。我国城市小排水系统组成通常包括调节池、雨水管渠、排水泵站等传统设施等;大排水系统组成通常包括地下大型排放设施、地表通道、调蓄设施、地面的安全泛洪区域等。在城市规划时,必须根据当地地形地貌和水文条件,借助 GIS 系统和模型,评估不同条件下降雨洪涝,确定洪涝风险严重的区域,并提出内涝综合防治设计,包括构建渗蓄排治用一体化的综合排涝系统、创新设计方法、排涝水量标准的提升、排涝水质标准的控制。最后选择山西某县区位及排水特征为案例,简要对其大小排水系统的构成、规划设计、内涝综合防治的要点和效果进行了分析。关键词:排水系统;内涝;规划设计;防治设计;给排水中图分类号:TU992 文献标识码:B The Design and Planning of Urban Drainage System and Comprehensive Prevention and Control of Waterlogging in ChinaAbstract: In this paper, the composition and planning of urban drainage system in China are studied. According to the analysis results, the design of comprehensive prevention and control of urban waterlogging in China is put forward. Our country city small drainage system which usually includes regulation pool, rainwater drainage pipe, the drainage pumping station and other traditional facilities; large drainage system composed of large underground facilities, usually including the surface discharge channel, storage facilities, ground safe flood area etc..
