精品文档---下载后可任意编辑作者姓名:专业名称:环境工程指导老师:精品文档---下载后可任意编辑摘要某化纤公司主要生产黏胶差别化短纤维,废水产生量为 470 m3/h 即,废水主要由含 Zn2+的酸性污水和含有硫化物的碱性污水组成,且都含较高 COD、SS 和少量石油类物质。根据该化纤污水可生化性差,含难降解的硫化物和有毒重金属的水质特点,设计“物化预处理+氧化沟生化处理”工艺对其进行处理。污水中的 SS、石油类物质、Zn2+、硫化物浓度大大降低,使得出水水质达到《污水综合排放标准(GB8978-1996)》中的一级排放要求。本文对各处理单元构筑物进行了设计计算,绘制各处理单元构筑物图示,以及污水处理站的平面布置图和高程图,同时对该污水处理站进行了投资经济概算,验证污水不仅得到有效处理,且经济可行,符合可持续进展要求。关键词:化纤废水物化预处理氧化沟经济概算AbstractA chemical fiber company mainly produces glue differentiation short fibers,its wastewater quantity is 470 m3/h.Wstewater iscomposed by acid and alkaline sewage , acidsewage contains Zn2+ 、COD、SSand a few oil, alkaline sewage contains sulfide、COD、SSand a few oil.The Chemical fiber sewage is hard to bochemical react,and there is itoxic heavy metalsand sulfide which is harmful to bochemical reactionin it ,so the wastewater is physico chemical per-treatmented and thenOxidation ditch biochemical treatmented.The concentrations of Zn2+ 、COD、SS and oilare greatly reduced, effluent water meets the level 1 of emissions requirements in the integrated wastewater discharge standard (1996) GB8978 . Processing unit structures are projected, plane and elevation layout of processing station is also presented, meanwhile its economic is accounted.
