精品文档---下载后可任意编辑染整废水的处理方法很多,归纳起来大致可分为三类,即物化处理法、化学处理法和生物处理法。其中,主要处理技术是生物化学法和物化处理法。本设计提出采纳预处理+混凝沉淀+厌氧水解+生物接触氧化+气浮工艺来处理染整废水。预处理的作用是调节水质水量,改善后续物化生物处理的水质条件;混凝沉淀是利用混凝作用去除水中各种污染物质,有较好的效果;水解酸化主要是把需要通过胞外酶的分解才得以进入微生物体内代谢的不溶性大分子物质转化为微生物可以直接摄取溶解性的小分子有机物质,以破坏难生物降解的大分子结构为主,并适当改善废水的可生化性,同时也能去除少量的 BOD5、COD,并起到均化水质的作用;生物接触氧化法是利用微生物对有机物进行降解,以达到去除 BOD5、COD 的作用;由于本设计要求出水达到一级标准,在经过二沉池后需加设气浮池,气浮池有良好的去除效果。采纳此工艺来处理该公司的废水,BOD5、COD、SS 和色度的去除率分别是 96.73%、95.83%、90.44%和95.5%,能够达到出水水质要求。关键词:染整废水;混凝沉淀;水解酸化;生物接触氧化;混凝气浮精品文档---下载后可任意编辑AbstractThere are many treatment technologies for dyeing wastewater, to sum up, it can be divided into three categories,physical and chemical treatment, chemical treatment and biological treatment methods.
