To this end, this paper first expounds the relevant theoretical knowledge from the basic characteristics of liquid metal structure and the composition of aluminum cluster structure, and then introduces the existing calculation methods and techniques, including quantum chemistry methods, molecular dynamics simulation, etc. On this basis, this paper proposes a model of aluminum cluster evolution based on molecular dynamics simulation, and obtains the evolution images of aluminum cluster under different temperatures and pressures through simulation experiments, and analyzes their structure, stability and other relevant properties. The results show that under different temperature and pressure conditions, the heredity of liquid metal structure has a significant impact on the evolution of aluminum clusters. Under high temperature and high pressure conditions, liquid metal has a stronger catalytic effect, which is conducive to the evolution and growth of aluminum clusters.
