Secondly, a case study approach will be used to examine the development of high-tech industry clusters in Hubei Province, including their characteristics, strengths, and challenges. Finally, a quantitative analysis will be conducted to explore the impact of high-tech industrial clusters on the economic growth of Hubei Province. Expected outcomes:This study is expected to provide insights into the role of high-tech industrial clusters in driving economic growth in Hubei Province. It will help to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the current high-tech industrial clusters in Hubei Province and to propose policies and strategies to further promote the development of high-tech industries in the region. Ultimately, this study will contribute to a better understanding of the relationship between high-tech industrial clusters and economic growth, and will provide guidance for policymakers and businesses to make informed decisions.
