Sinochem International Company is a large-scale listed company which is mainly engaged in foreign trade business. After established in 1998, the company not only expanded its trading markets and developed many new trading items, but also made rather great investment in fine-chemicals-oriented production and R&D as well as chemicals-logistics business. By strengthening these three business units, the company is striving to create its core competitive power. Now the company has got certain achievements through its strategy of internationalization and integration. This article tries to research the company’s external environment and internal status, thus summarize the effect of current strategy.
