After looking back the long time practice of traditional extrinsic management mode, the author suggests that in order to stimulate workers to improve their working performance, the management should undergo a fundamental change, i.e. to adopt a new scientific coefficient system for assessment. According to individual psychological factors and behavior regularity, the progressive behavior is stimulated and the malign behavior is inhibited, so as to fundamentally change into an intrinsic management mode. As a result, twice the result with half the effort would be achieved.
