布洛芬的作用机制及其临床应用讨论学生:王敏,西南大学药学院指导老师:陈力,西南大学药学院摘要:布洛芬具有抗炎、镇痛、解热作用。适用于治疗风湿性关节炎、类风湿性关节炎、骨关节炎、强直性脊椎炎和神经炎等。其在治疗风湿和类风湿关节炎的疗效稍逊于乙酰水杨酸和保泰松,但是布洛芬是临床应用中是安全有效的退热药,是世界卫生组织、FDA 唯一共同推举的儿童退烧药,是公认的儿童首选抗炎药。【1】高热时其退热效果比同剂量的扑热息痛更明显,且退热时间较长;镇痛作用比阿司匹林强约 30 倍,退热作用与阿司匹林相似但作用更持久,且胃肠道不良反应较轻,易耐受。本综述将对布洛芬的作用机制及其临床讨论作出认真的阐述。【2】关键词:布洛芬 解热镇痛 作用机制 临床讨论Abstract:Ibuprofen has anti-inflammatory, analgesic, antipyretic effect. Suitable for the treatment of rheumatic arthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, ankylosing spondylitis and neuritis. Its efficacy in the treatment of rheumatism and rheumatoid arthritis slightly inferior to acetyl salicylic acid and phenylbutazone,but Bloven is the clinical application is safe and effective in antipyretic, is who,the United States FDA only recommended common children antipyretic, is recognized as the preferred anti-inflammatory drugs in children. High fever,antipyretic effect than the same dose of acetaminophen is more obvious, andthe cooling time is longer; analgesic effect is about 30 times stronger thanaspirin, acetaminophen and aspirin are similar but more lasting effect, and the adverse reaction of gastrointestinal tract is light, easy tolerance.
