In this paper, clothing structure and the human body structure analysis and studies have proven their inseparable relationship, and they are reasonable, the human body structure of the garment structure, the content of the carrier structure, apparel, clothing is an extension of the human body.Keywords: Garment Construction Human body structure Body feature随着生产技术的开展，人们越深刻的认识到在进行各种产品和工程设计时，决不能无视人的因素，应把任何和所要设计的产品视为一个统一的系统加以思考，才能使设计的产品发挥最正确的使用效果。从人体工效学的角度出发，服装与人体体型具有唇齿相依、鱼水不分的关系。古往今来，服装总是在遵照社会文明的尺度去开展和衍变。从毫无结构可言的缠绕披挂式的原始服装到款式多变的现代服装，由以往简单的连接成型开展成比较精湛的缝制工艺，由粗糙简陋的廓型开展成造型严谨而适体，人们对服装及其结构的认识，经历了一个漫长的由感性到理性的过程。在日常生活中，往往我们都有过这样的体会，同样一件衣服，尺寸规格和款式造型完全相同，有的工厂生产的非常的贴体，式样很好，穿着舒适；有的工厂生产的效果却不尽人意。造成这一现象的主要原因就是在于后者的设计结构不科学，不合理，没有根据人体的体型为科学依据进行具体的学习、分析和讨论。我国的服装产业虽然历史悠久，但服装的理论建设却还比较薄弱，多年来服装结构设计一直开展比较缓慢，缺乏准确的理论依据从而使结构设计的严谨性受到影响而现代服装的特点之一就是非常得讲究立体效果，服装成型后，穿在人体上要适身合体，要能充分表达人体的形体美和线条美，...
