生态住宅规划中的生态策略摘要

生 态 住 宅 规 划 中 的 生 态 策 略摘 要生态住宅是 2l 世纪建筑的开展趋势，同时，我国的住宅建设也掀起了“生态潮〞，国家建设部相继出台一些法规和文件标准生态住宅的建设，但是对于生态策略的类别以及如何在生态住宅规划中应用生态策略，并没有一个详细的阐述。本文首先介绍了生态住宅在国际和国内的开展历程，生态住宅的内涵和规划设计方法，并描述了我国绿色生态住宅的现状，展望了我国生态住宅的开展前景。其次，对生态住宅中的生态策略公众认知情况进行调查分析，系统的阐述了生态住宅规划中可利用的生态策略。最后，讨论苏州市所在气候区的气候和地理条件，以生态学的根本原理为指导，规划得出如何将所列出的生态策略应用到生态住宅规划中，为该区域生态住宅规划中生态策略的应用提供了一个理论指导。关键词 生态住宅； 生态策略；生态规划 ；苏州 Ecosystem Strategy in Ecosystem Residence ProgrammingAbstractThe ecosystem residence is a development trend of the 2 l century building in the meantime,the residence construction of our country also brought about " a ecosystem tide", national construction department has pedestaled some laws and documents to norm ecosystem residence of construction successively,however, there is no detailed elaboration to the categorys of ecosystem strategy and how to apply ecosystem strategy in the programming of ecosystem residence. Firstly, This thesis introduces the present condition of ecosystem residence at nations and the development process at local, the content of ecosystem residence and the programming design methods, and descripts present condition of green ecosystem residence in our country, then outlooks the development foreground of ecosystem residence in our country.Secondly, this thesis analysises the public cognition to the ecosystem strategy in the ecosystem residence and elaborates ecosystem strategy that can be used in ecosystem residence programming.Lastly, taking suzhou for an example,the thesis re...
