舵机安装工艺规程The steering gear installation technology procedure1 根据《舵系液压压配工艺 D6-920-03》的要求将舵柄压装到舵杆上。 The tiller should be pushed-up rudder stock based on《Rudder hydraulic press-fit technology D6-920-03》.2 舵叶（舵柄）对零位。 Align the rudder plate with the ship’s hull center line and the tiller with the zero rudder angle exactly.3 根据舵柄拔叉中心高度找正液压缸的中心。 Align the hydraulic cylinder center with the tiller fork center height. 调整舵机座的高度然后焊接到船体上，同时应考虑环氧树脂垫的厚度。 Adjust the height of the hydraulic cylinder mounting bed and then weld the mounting bed to the ship hull. Simultaneously the thickness of epoxy resin chock should be considered.4 将液压缸定位在指定的位置上。 Located the hydraulic cylinder in the designated position. ⑴ 液压缸垂直位置的确定 Hydraulic cylinder vertical positioning根据舵柄拔叉的高度，使用四个安装在液压缸支架上的调整螺栓找正液压缸的中心高度。见附图 1。Using four adjusting bolt fitted to the hydraulic cylinder mounting bracket, align the hydraulic cylinder height with the tiller fork center height. See figure 1.附图 1 :液压缸垂直位置调整示意图Figure 1：The sketch for adjusting the vertical height of cylinder⑵ 液压缸水平调整 Hydraulic cylinder horizontal adjustment 使用长臂圆规，通过调整液压缸的安装位置使舵杆（舵柄）的中心到每个液压缸的安装参考点的距离相等。见附图 2。 Ensure the equidistance between the rudder stock center (tiller center) and installation reference point on each hydraulic cylinder by adjusting the hydraulic cylinder installation position with the beam compass.
