摘要随着我国经济的快速进展,中小型民营企业发挥着越来越重要作用,如何促进中小企业的健康进展成为一个迫在眉睫的问题.近年来,我国企业已经认识到绩效管理在企业经营活动中发挥的重要作用,特别是在中小型民营企业中,为建立完善的绩效管理体系,花费了大量的人力、物力、财力。但是由于我国中小型民营企业绩效管理工作中把绩效考核等同绩效管理、不重视员工职业生涯并且对工作分析重视不够等原因,导致现阶段我国中小型民营企业存在绩效管理目的不明确、缺乏有效激励机制和绩效管理与人类资源管理其他环节脱节,使得企业绩效管理系统并没有达到预期的效果。为了进一步促进中小型民营企业有效开展绩效管理工作,本文主要针对这几个影响中小型民营企业绩效管理的问题进行讨论的方法,提出了以下几条对策:更新绩效管理观念、完善绩效管理体系、创新绩效激励体系、建立以绩效为导向的企业文化和建立健全绩效考核反馈机制。关键词:中小型企业;民营企业;绩效管理AbstractWith the rapid development of our economy, and private enterprises played an increasingly important role to promote small and medium—sized enterprises , the healthy development of an imminent issue。 in recent years, china's enterprises have to recognize performance management in entrepreneurial activity in the important role , particularly in private enterprise, and to establish a perfect performance management system, costs a lot of manpower, material and financial resources.
