一汽夏利存货管理研究 摘 要：对存货管理的研究一直是会计界的研究热点之一。近年来一汽夏利得到了更快速的发展，但也让我们看到了目前一汽夏利在存货管理方面与世界一流汽车企业之间的差距。加入 WTO 以来，一汽夏利已逐步融入到国际社会，把握国际化带来的机遇和挑战已成为无法回避的一项重要任务。本文并研阐述存货管理相关概念与理论基础，并以一汽夏利股份公司作为研究对象，分析现阶段一汽夏利股份公司存货管理现状，通过分析一汽夏利股份公司存货管理现状得出一汽夏利股份公司在存货管理方面的问题以及产生这些问题的原因，最后根据问题提出相应的可行性建议，以期能对一汽夏利股份公司存货管理问题的解决起到一定的作用。关键词：一汽夏利股份公司 存货管理 现状 对策Title : FAW Xiali Inventory Management Research Abstract： The research on inventory management has always been one of the hotspots in the accounting field.
