摘 要供应链管理是近年来受到广泛关注的一种新型的管理理念和方式,也是一种公认的较为先进的管理模式,尤其是在服装类企业中。我国存在众多的服装类企业,甚至被称为世界的加工工厂,而且我国的服装企业规模大都为中小型。因此在供应、库存以及销售上都存在着不同程度上的问题。但是不得不承认,服装类企业在供应链管理上存在着一些问题,这些问题阻碍了服装类企业的进展.因此本文拟从服装行业供应链管理的内涵、重要性、以及现状入手,以太和服饰为例,深化分析当前太和服饰有限公司供应链管理存在的问题,探讨相应的改进对策,以期为促进太和服饰有限公司优化供应链管理模式、实现飞跃式进展提供参考。关键词:服装类;供应链;管理;太和服饰AbstractSupply chain management is attracted much attention in recent years, a kind of new management ideas and methods, and also is a recognized relatively advanced management mode, especially in apparel enterprises。 There are many apparel enterprises in our country, and even called processing factory of the world, and most of our country’s clothing enterprise scale for small and medium。 So on the supply, inventory and sales there are varying degrees of problems.
