淬火炉安全操作规程Safe operation rules for quenching furnace一、开机前的准备Preparations before starting up1.关闭各控制柜门并检查门碰开关可靠有效；Close all control cabinet and check whether door touch switch is reliable and effective;2。检查控制面板指示灯完好;检查各接地线可靠连接。Check whether indicator light of control panel is in good condition; Check whether grounding wire is reliably connected。 二、开机作业Starting up operation① 将热电偶引线“+ —"接于仪表后部接线端.Connect the lead of thermocouple“+ —”with terminal located in the rear part of gauge。② 将电进线和输出线按接线图所示，接于控制器接线板上.Connect input line and output line with the wiring board of controller according to wiring diagram。③ 调节调零器使指针位于“0”位。Adjust zero adjuster to make pointer stay“0”position。④ 打开电源开关，将温设定调至所需温度。Turn on the power switch ， and adjust the temperature to the desired temperature。⑤ 打开温度控制器电源开关，绿灯亮,接触器吸合，电流表指示相应电流值,电热丝通电升温，指针向右偏转，达到温度值后,温度控制器自动切断电源，接触器断电,同时切断电热炉电源，绿灯灭、红灯亮，当炉温低于所需温度时，控制器自动接通电源，红灯灭,绿灯亮，进行升温，如此反复，自动调节炉内温度。Turn on the control switch of temperature。 When the light turns green, contactor absorbs, and ampere meter indicates corresponding current value 。 Heater strip heats up and indicator turns to the right. Temperature controller cuts power off automatically after reaching certain temperature ， and contactor suffers power failure. The power of electrothermal furnace is off at the same time. Green light goes off, and red light goes on 。 When the furnace temperature is blow desired temperature， red light goes off ， green light goes on 。 Furnace temperature is adjusted automatically。⑥ 使用电炉，切记超过最高温度。It is forbidden to exceed maximum temperature when workers use electric furnace。 三、保养 maintenance ① 不经允许，不可移动设备。It is forbidden to move equipment without permission.② 要保持场地洁净。Keep the site neat and tidy.③ 作好设备及工作场地的整理、整顿、清扫、清洁。Keep 5S standard in the work site and for the equipment.④ 不能将有腐蚀性的物质放入炉内加热。It is forbidden to heat corrosive substance in furnace。
