高校教学秘书职业倦怠的原因及防治对策摘 要:职业倦怠指的是个人在工作压力下产生的身心疲劳与耗竭的状态。这是由于个人长时间处于精神紧绷和工作压力下,无法舒缓工作压力或有效解决工作中的阻碍而产生的。经分析可知,高校教学秘书具备辅助性等特征,每天都需要和各种个性的师生打交道,不但需要随时紧绷神经,而且存在较大的心理压力,此外,其还需应对较低的职业声誉、面对不平等的工作待遇等,如果这种情况持续过久,其出现职业倦怠是必然态势。所以当前以高效教学秘书为研究对象,以其职业倦怠为研究内容,对其为何会存在职业倦怠进行分析,并解决职业倦怠现象就非常重要。本文主要从高校教学秘书的日常的工作及其工作环境、社会评价、自我发展期望等方面分析了产生职业倦怠的原因,并提出了防治职业倦怠的具体举措。关键词:高校;教学秘书;职业倦怠;原因;对策1The reasons and countermeasures of job burnout ofteaching secretary in colleges and universitiesAbstract:.
