电离辐射医疗应用中的放射防护金益和缪剑影福建省职业病与化学中毒预防控制中心【摘要】 目的 通过对国内外医疗照射放射防护现状的分析,为今后该领域的放射防护工作和讨论弄清方向,提出参考意见和背景性意见 方法 对国外资料及作者长期工作观察的结果进行归纳和分析 结论和结果 放射防护工作者今后在医疗照射的适应症、医疗照射职业人员的剂量限值和减少对公众辐照影响、医疗照射的剂量评价、医疗照射的告知同意及照射管理人员培育等方面进行讨论和争取在技术上有所突破。【关键词】医疗照射、放射防护Radiological Protection of Ionizing Radiation in Medical Application Jin Yihe Miao Jianying(Fujian Center for Prevention and Control of Occupational Disease and Chemical Poisoning）[Abstract] To make clear the orientation and propose suggestions for radiological protection for the future, this paper studied the situation of radiation protection of medical exposure， by virtue of the conclusion and analysis of data at home and abroad and the authors’ long-term observation during work. Radiation protection workers will do research and try to make breakthrough on indication of medical exposure， does limit of medical exposure employees ， reduction of influence on public exposure, dose assessment of medical exposure, notification of medical exposure ， and training of radiation management staff for the future.［Key words] medical exposure, radiological protection1. 前言 电离辐射的和平应用，当数其在医学领域的应用历史最久、普及最广、影响最大。与其他先进技术一样，电离辐射的应用在给人类带来巨大利益的同时,也不可避开地会带来某种程度的负面影响。因此，自放射线诞生之日起一百多年来，电离辐射的应用，始终伴随着防止与减小辐射危害的放射防护理论和技术的讨论与进步,相关法律、法规与技术标准的不断完善。时至今日,放射防护仍然是从电离辐射医疗应用现场所提出的最迫切的需要.电离辐射在现代医学领域中，已进展为相对独立的 X 射线诊断学、核医学和放射肿瘤学三大现代医学学科。这些学科在疾病的预防与诊断治疗中发挥了...
