1当前我国警力不足原因分析与对策研究摘 要：警力不足问题制约和困扰着公安工作的协调运。其原因在于：社会治安形势复杂，民警任务和工作逐步加重；公安机关装备条件较差、素质弱，制约了基层警力效益的发挥；社会各类活动的增加，挤占了相当一部分警力等三个方面。基于以上原因，解决警力不足应该遵循坚持民警数量是基层，质量是保证，警力配置上重视防范，强化基层，强化农村的原则和相应的对策，包括优化警力配置、加强基层警力、提高民警素质、发挥群众力量、规范警务活动、激发民警积极性等。关键词：警力不足；原因分析；对策建议Abstract：The inadequate problem restricts and affects the 2public security work coordination. The reason is that public security situation is complex, task and working gradually increase police； The public security organ is poor, weak quality and equipment conditions, restricted the basic-level police benefit play ； The increase of social all kinds of activities, crowding out quite a number of forces and so on three aspects.
