德邦物流员工培训有效性评估研究摘要:企业员工培训作为现代企业管理的一部分,一直在企业管理中扮演者重要角色,它对于企业的作用是:为企业的发展提供高素质人才,显著提高员工工作效率,增强企业的生产力。但我国员工培训管理还处于起步阶段,培训过程中存在诸多问题,导致培训没有达到预期的效果。本文强调了企业员工培训的重要性以及培训有效性评估的必要性,并以德邦物流为例,分析德邦物流培训状况,阐述了企业员工培训的不足,同时对企业员工培训存在的问题进行分析,最后就问题提出相应的解决方案。关键词:员工培训 有效性评估 培训不足 提升对策 Effectiveness Evaluation About Deppon Logistics Staff TrainingAbstract: As part of the modern enterprise management,the corporate staff training has been an important actor in the enterprise management, its effect to enterprise is that it will provide high-quality personnel for the development of enterprises,improve employee productivity significantly and enhance business productivity.
