摘 要 我国参加世贸组织以来，中小企业碰到了史无前例的成长机缘，同时也面对着严重的挑衅。中小企业的核心问题是如何生存，企业的财务管理是保持中小企业成长的关键。但是，大部分的中小企业都没有重视到财务管理对企业成长的主要作用，会计管理只表现了管账核算和监察最基本的本能，而轻忽了管账会计的功效。本文经由过程企业实例剖析，针对中小企业管帐会计中存在的误区进行论述，并提出了施展管 帐 会 计 在 我 国 中 小 企 业 应 用 的 策 略 。 关 键 词 : 中 小 企 业 财 务 管 理 管 帐 会 计 财务 控 制 I题 目M 公司管理会计存在的问题及对策研究ABSTRACT Since China accessed to WTO ， small and medium-sized enterprises encountered unprecedented opportunities for development ， but they also faced with severe challenges. The core issue of f small and medium-sized enterprises is the existence， and the key to maintain the survival of small and medium-sized enterprises is financial management. However， most small and medium enterprises neglect the real role of financial management of improving the long-term economic efficiency of enterprises. Financial department just reflects the basic functions of accounting and supervision， and neglects the function of management accounting. In this paper， through the enterprise case analysis ， the problems in the management accounting of small and medium-sized enterprises are expounded ， and the countermeasures of playing the role of management accounting in small and medium-sized enterprises in China.
