I中小企业财务管理信息化现状分析—以广州智光电气股份有限公司为例 摘 要财务管理信息化是中小企业在全球化竞争中稳定发展的关键，企业建立财务管理信息化可以不断更新，加快产品和技术创新，有助于充分发挥会计在企业财务管理中的作用及其核算与监督的职能，为企业财务管理现代化奠定基础。在中国经济走向市场经济的过程中，市场经济发展快速，中小企业的规模和经营范围迅速增长，为我国经济的可持续发展提供了动力，在发展过程中，财务管理信息化现状和信息化建设也随着企业内外部环境的变化而变化，然而，当前财务管理信息化与信息建设已经远远不能满足目前中小企业发展的需求。因此，本文先从与时代脱节的旧财务管理信息化开始着手，再结合智光电气经营状况及财务管理信息化现状，运用文献分析和归纳推理等研究方法，进而阐述财务管理信息化相关理论，结合智光电气财务管理信息化现状以及初步成绩，指出该企业所遇到的问题，并且提出相对应的改进措施和建议，从而得出更有利于该企业的长期发展的结论。关键词：中小企业；财务管理信息化；信息化建设；现状分析IIAnalysis of the Current Situation of Financial Management Informatization of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises-- a Case Study of Guangzhou Zhiguang Electric Ltd AbstractThe informationization of financial management is critical to the stable development of small and medium-sized enterprises in the global competition.
