本科论文我国中小企业国际化的战略思考研究摘 要经济全球化的浪潮持续席卷下,我国特色的市场经济正处在健康蓬勃的发展态势。作为市场经济中流砥柱的中小企业,发挥着日益积极的作用。在经历初步发展,获得一定资本和实力后,中小企业都面临着如何走出国门、立足国际市场的进一步拓展问题。在这重重机遇和挑战下,每一位企业管理者,都必须结合企业置身于国际形势中所面临的问题,思考对应企业战略的优化建设。本文首先对相关基础概念进行透彻理解,明白中小企业国际化的必要性,进而结合中小企业现状,分析其面临挑战的原因,对中小企业国际化策略的制订从政府、企业自身、优势建设三个层面提出一定的建议。关键词:中小企业,国际化,企业战略本科论文AbstractUnder the wave of economic globalization, the market economy with Chinese characteristics is in a healthy and vigorous development trend..As the mainstay of market economy, smes(Small and Medium-size Enterprise) are playing an increasingly active role.After experiencing initial development and gaining certain capital and strength, smes are faced with the problem of how to go abroad and further expand their foothold in the international market.Under these numerous opportunities and challenges, every enterprise manager must consider the optimization construction of corresponding enterprise strategies in combination with the problems faced by enterprises in the international situation.Firstly, this paper has a thorough understanding of relevant basic concepts and the necessity of internationalization of small and medium-sized enterprises.
