I北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业论文中小企业员工薪酬满意度与离职倾向关系研究—以 W 公司为例摘 要每一种企业类型的存在,都必然有其存在的意义。比如说中小企业,它为我国的社会提供了许多的就业岗位,是我国重要的经济支柱之一。因此本文以W公司的员工为研究对象,来探讨中小企业中薪酬满意度与离职倾向之间存在的关系,以及人口统计学变量是否对薪酬满意度与离职倾向有差异影响。通过发放问卷后获取数据,并用spss24进行数据的统计学分析。根据调查的结果最后得出以下结论:(1)薪酬满意度对离职倾向有显著的负向影响;(2)人口统计学变量对薪酬满意度有差异影响;(3)人口统计学变量对离职倾向有差异影响。关键词:中小企业;薪酬满意度;离职倾向;人口统计学;II北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业论文AbstractThe existence of each type of enterprise is bound to have its meaning of existence.For example, small and medium-sized enterprises, which provide many jobs for our society, are one of the important economic pillars of our country.Therefore, this paper takes employees of W company as the research object to discuss the relationship between salary satisfaction and turnover intention in small and medium-sized enterprises, and whether demographic variables have a different impact on salary satisfaction and turnover intention.Data were obtained by issuing questionnaires, and statistical analysis was conducted with spss24.According to the results of the survey, the following conclusions are drawn :(1)Salary satisfaction has a significant negative impact on turnover intention;(2)Demographic variables have different effects on salary satisfaction;(3)Demographic variables have different influences on resignation intention.Keywords: Small and medium-sized enterprises;Compensation satisfaction;Turnover intention;Demographics;目录 III北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业论文第一章 绪论.....................................................................................
