我国房地产上市公司股票价格波动影响因素浅析摘要随着政府一系列调控政策的出台，在一定程度上控制了房价的过快增长，维护了房地产市场和整体经济市场的稳定，房地产行业发展平稳，但是房地产上市公司的股票在股市上的发展却不尽如人意，其影响是多方面的。本文对房地产上市公司股票价格进行研究，从宏观角度与微观角度探究影响房地产上市公司股票价格波动的因素，如宏观上的经济因素及经济政策因素，微观上的市场因素、行业因素及公司因素，最后提出抑制房地产上市公司股价过度波动的建议，以期促进房地产股市股票的稳定与发展。关键词：房地产上市公司；股票价格；价格波动Abstract With the introduction of a series of government regulation and control policies, to some extent, controlling the excessive growth of house prices, maintaining the stability of the real estate market and the overall economic market, the development of the real estate industry is stable, but the real estate listed companies in stock market development Not satisfactory, its impact is multifaceted.
