摘 要谷胱甘肽还原酶(glutathione reductase)是一种抗氧化酶,它主要存在于生物机体内,参与机体内的多种生物学过程。本研究以大黄鱼(Larimichthys crocea)为研究对象,通过在基础饲料中添加不同剂量的中草药,研究中草药对大黄鱼 GR基因表达的影响。饲喂 30d 后,以脾脏组织为实验材料,通过采用荧光实时定量PCR 技术对不同实验组中 GR 基因的相对表达水平进行检测。结果如下:与对照组相比,各实验组中该基因的表达均出现了不同程度的下降,但是各组间均无显著性差异(P > 0.05)。本研究结果为中草药作为饵料添加剂在大黄鱼饲料中的应用提供了基础数据,也为中草药作为鱼类免疫增强剂提供了前期研究基础。关键词:中草药;大黄鱼;谷胱甘肽还原酶;基因表达AbstractGlutathione reductase is an antioxidant enzyme that exists primarily in the organism and is involved in a variety of biological processes in the organism. In this study, Larimichthys crocea was taken as the research subject, and the effect of Chinese herbal medicine on GR gene expression in L. crocea was studied by adding different doses of Chinese herbal medicine into the basal feed. The expression level of GR gene in spleen of large yellow croaker was detected by fluorescence real-time quantitative PCR at different doses. The results were as follows: compared with the control group, the expression of GR gene in each experimental group decreased to different degrees, but there was no significant difference between each group (P > 0.05). The results of this study provided basic data for the application of Chinese herbal medicine as a bait additive in the feed of Chinese croaker, and also provided the basis for the preliminary study of Chinese herbal medicine as an immune booster for fish.Key words: Chinese herbal medicine; Larimichthys crocea; glutathione reductase; gene expression目 录1 引言................................................................................
