I摘 要班集体是学生学习生活的基本单位,班集体的建构对于学生的全面发展有着深刻地影响。本文主要研究小学班集体建构的现状,发现班集体建构主要存在以下问题:班级文化建设形式化、班级文化建设元素单一;班集体人际关系不够融洽,班干部与非干部关系的紧张;班集体活动形式少。导致这些问题的主要原因有班集体中起领导作用的班主任自身的经验不足,对班集体的管理观念及管理技能方面的缺乏、师生人际关系的紧张且班干部的选拔不公、班集体活动的单一。为了改善现状,小学班主任可以从自身出发,改变观念,不断加强班集体的专业知识,与班集体的成员民主共同协商班规。同时要带领班集体成员建设有内涵的班级文化,使学生得到价值的提升,在与学生相处的过程中对学生要一视同仁,平等对待学生,公平选拔班干部,形成良好的人际关系。对于班集体活动的开展,要多引导学生自主选题,开展形式多样的活动。学生在建构的过程中不断提升自身的能力,发挥主观能动性,提升创新精神,朝着一个刚好的方向前进。关键词:小学生;班集体建构;班级文化IIAbstract Class collectives are the basic units of students' study and life.
