本文运用访谈分析法、文献资料研究法和问卷调查法等研究方法,调查了宁德市蕉城区的瑜伽工作室会员的年龄、性别、受教育程度以及消费目的等基本情况,并分析了影响瑜伽消费行为的影响因素,建议瑜伽工作室要树立品牌意识完善工作室形象、建立专业的瑜伽教练团队和营造良好的瑜伽氛围
