小学生人际关系视角下校园欺凌的研究摘要 近年来,随着信息社会化以及网络媒体的广泛应用,校园欺凌行为不断被公之于众 ,由于其对学生所造成的极大危害,对社会所产生的恶劣影响,使其逐渐受到各界人士的广泛关注。为了解宿迁市小学阶段校园欺凌行为现状及校园欺凌行为与人际关系的关联,本研究以 467 名三到六年级的小学生为研究对象,首先,采用《小学生校园欺凌问卷》《人际关系问卷》为工具了解小学生人际关系情况、校园欺凌中各人数情况、欺凌方式、欺凌地点及各角色面对校园欺凌的态度。其次,运用 SPSS 软件探讨校园欺凌和人际关系的相关性,发现校园欺凌与亲子关系和师生关系存在明显负相关。最后,从亲子关系、师生关系两方面给出改善人际关系的策略,如:营造温馨民主的家庭气氛、树立正确健康的教育观念、发挥强大的社会支持系统、更新陈旧的教育观念、增强人际间情感交流、塑造良好的个体形象和教师威信,来有效预防校园欺凌行为的发生。关键词 校园欺凌 小学生 人际关系IA study of bullying in primary school from the perspective of interpersonal relationshipAbstract In recent years, with the socialization of information and the wide application of network media, campus bullying has been exposed to the public.
