I摘 要《义务教育新课程标准》中提出:教育要面向全体学生,适应学生个性发展的需要。在课堂教学管理的过程中,老师的目光更多的放在优等生和后进生的身上,中等生被遗忘、被忽视的情况比比皆是。通过建立公平的教育体系、评价体系,让每一个学生的能全面发展,善于发现课堂教学管理中教师课堂关注度低,学生课堂发言不积极,教师课堂评价缺少表扬、鼓励与肯定等问题;尽可能的提高教师对中等生的关注,努力改变教师的学生观、教学观等教育理念,帮助中等生正确的认识自己,进行正确的成败归因,建立公平的教育评价体制。关键词:小学;中等生;课堂;教学管理 IIAbstractThe new curriculum standard of compulsory education puts forward that education should face all students and meet the needs of students' personality development.
