中学生中长跑运动现状研究 摘 要正确的呼吸方法对于中长跑运动而言至关重要。正确的呼吸方法和科学的呼吸频率不仅可以帮助学生减少中长跑过程中的胸闷、岔气、憋气等不良反应,减少“极点”现象,还能够提高学生们的中长跑成绩,提高学生们对于中长跑的兴趣,锻炼身体。本文为了更好地了解中学生中长跑运动的现状,通过问卷调查以及访谈的形式对江苏省溧水高级中学的学生进行了调查。调查发现很多学生并未受过正规的中长跑技能训练,没有掌握正确的呼吸方法和呼吸节奏,很大程度上影响了中长跑的成绩,容易出现“极点”、胸闷、岔气以及憋气等一系列现象,同时也会让学生对中长跑失去兴趣,产生厌倦、恐惧等情绪。学生们需要通过正规的学习和培训,掌握正确的呼吸方法和频率,并应用到中长跑中,提高中长跑成绩,减少不适现象的发生。文章也给出了有关中长跑中呼吸方面的建议及及策略,呼吸的方式要灵活,要根据运动强度选择呼吸方式;要注意呼吸节奏,加大呼气量。另外还要加强锻炼,提高对于“极点”现象的认识,做好准备工作,自觉磨砺意志,克服“极点”现象。关键词:中长跑;呼吸方式;呼吸频率;“极点”现象A study on middle and long distance running of middle school students AbstractThe correct breathing method is critical to the long-distance running.
