北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业设计停车场智能收费管理系统停车场智能收费管理系统摘 要停车场智能收费管理系统(Parking intelligent charge management system)是当今社会上车辆交通管理的重要组成部分。近年来随着社会经济的发展,车辆的数目也在逐日增多,尤其是私家车的数量急剧增加,传统的停车场人工收费方式难以适应社会的需求,因此,我们便需要管理效率高、安全性高、可靠性强的停车场智能收费管理系统,避免了传统停车场管理收费中因工作强度大导致的人为误收漏收现象。本设计是基于Python 和 OpenCV 的车牌识别系统,通过用计算机对车牌图像进行识别处理,在数据库中记录车辆的入场时间。数据库包含的信息有车牌号,车辆进出停车场时间等。当车辆离开停车场时,根据车辆标识号在数据库中查询车辆信息并自动计费,生成二维码,收取停车费用,收费成功后道闸杆抬起,车辆离开。关键词:停车场;智能化管理;车牌识别;二维码收费北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业设计Parking Intelligent Charge Management SystemAbstractParking intelligent charging management system is a crucial part of today’s traffic management.
