我国上市证券公司财务绩效评价

本科论文摘 要随着我国资本市场开放程度逐渐扩大，证券公司的重要性逐渐体现出来。在金融市场内不管是个人还是公司集体都无法绕开证券公司进行投资操作，同样对证券公司的经营状况也会十分关心，因此对我国上市证券公司进行财务绩效评价是有意义的。本文以中信证券五年数据为主要研究对象做横向分析，以 29 家上市证券公司的因子分析数据为样本做纵向对比分析，探索证券公司样本数据与起各项能力的联系，分析我国上市证券公司经营状况进行大体分析。对收集的中信证券五年数据进行详细分析，再通过因子分析法对归纳整理的样本数据进行计算，分析上市证券公司的绩效并作出评价。关键词：上市证券公司，财务绩效评价，因子分析本科论文Abstract With the gradual expansion of the opening of China's capital market, the importance of securities companies is gradually reflected. In the financial market, neither individuals nor corporate collectives can bypass the investment operations of securities companies, and they are also very concerned about the operating conditions of securities companies.
